Help easing knots

I think we all know that feel of a deep knot that stretching just doesn't get to š« I have found that using tools can be really helpful. Foam rollers are great but to get a bit more specific a tennis ball or golf ball can be really helpful. Above is a great example of how to help release your Piriformis and Glutes. Remember when doing anything like this to take it easy and breath. If it feels too intense or sharp back off and go a bit softer. Over time things will ease out be patient and consistent šš
